All conference materials for pre-registration will be available at the registration desk:
Sunday, October 29, 2023 – noon to 8 p.m.
Monday, October 30, 2023 – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday, October 31, 2023 – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
After October 25, 2023 pre-registration will be closed.
Registration will be available at the Delta Hotel Fredericton conference registration office starting Sunday, October 29, 2023
Please note that registration is required to attend all aspects of the conference. When you first arrive, be sure to check-in at the Registration Desk and present a valid photo ID in order to receive your registration package. Your official conference badge must be worn at all times and is required for admittance.
Exploration, Mining and Petroleum 2023 reserves the right to remove from the premises any person or persons disrupting or obstructing the proper operation and management of the conference.
Accompanying Spouse: An accompanying spouse must be registered to enter the exhibits and technical sessions.
Dress Code: Please keep in mind the conference is air-conditioned, bringing along a light sweater or jacket is suggested. The attire for the banquet is business casual.
