Overview

Fees are payable to the Clerk of the Probate Court in any of the eight judicial districts of New Brunswick, pursuant to Appendix A to the Probate Court Act.

Solicitors or members of the public who are required to file documents with the Probate Court.

Fees are payable in regard to documents filed with the Probate Court and for services rendered by the Office of the Clerk of the Probate Court in any of the eight judicial districts in New Brunswick.

Fees

Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
