Overview

The program increases accessibility and visibility of New Brunswick visual artists represented in the Art Bank, through loans to government departments, agencies and commissions.

Description

Government departments, agencies or commissions, located within the province, may borrow artwork for a limited period of time. Areas where artworks on loan from the Art Bank can be displayed include: Office of the Minister, CEO or equivalent; Office of the Deputy Minister, or Head of agencies or commissions or equivalent; Office of the Assistant Deputy Minister or equivalent; Main reception areas; and Executive boardrooms.

The New Brunswick Art Bank, established in 1968, celebrates the province’s excellence in the visual arts through its collection of artwork by New Brunswick artists.
