Exhibit about Irish immigration during the Great Famine
In the Wake of Dark Passage is an exhibit now showing at the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick about the movement of Irish immigrants to New Brunswick during the Great Famine. The exhibit was launched Oct. 1 with representatives of the Irish Canadian Cultural Association of New Brunswick, the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick, and Finance and Treasury Board Minister Ernie Steeves. The exhibit continues until Oct. 11.
