Moose Brook Property- Potential sub surface VMS base metal project

The Moose Brook property is comprised of 30 units on claims 7586 and 7251 and is located 80 km. West of Bathurst New Brunswick on map sheet 21O/07. The property is jointly owned by David O’Neil (75%) and Barry Hachey (25%). Dozens of large mineralized boulders were found over a strike length of 1600 m. The assays of these boulders range up to .83% Cu, .69% Pb and 4.1% Zn. Coincidental IP, mag and VLF anomalies occur on a small grid that was cut on the property. The N.B. government geologist that visited the property assumed that the boulders are derived from a local source and that the mag anomaly that strikes across the property is due to a felsic volcanic unit which are usually magnetic in the Tobique Chaleur zone. They commented that the felsic rocks found on the Moose Brook property are similar to the ones that host the Sewell Brook deposit located 55 km to the southwest and probably belong to the same rock belt. The Sewell Brook deposit has been classified as a sub- surface VMS deposit.
