The Mount Mitchell property was acquired in 2018 and consists of 63 claims.

This property is underlain by poly-deformed clastic sedimentary rocks of the Knights Brook and Patrick Brook formations (Miramichi Group), and middle Ordovician felsic volcanic rocks (feldspar crystal tuff) of the Sevogle River Formation (Sheephouse Brook Group).

A soil survey conducted in the area outlined coincident Zn (107 ppm) and Pb (701 ppm) anomalies. A gold anomaly with values up to 0.380 ppm can be traced along a north-south strike. Anomalous As (3150 and 5350 ppm) was identified as well as elevated Sb.

A trenching survey in 2019 revealed outcrop of mineralized rhyolitic rock between 3 and 8 ft deep over a distance of 500 m. The rhyolite is found all over the mountain.

IP geophysical survey and trenching were performed in 2022 revealing greater numbers.  More IP and trenching will be performed in 2023 for predetermined targets.

Best numbers are as follows (hosted in mineralized rhyolite, meta-sediment and quartz):

Outcrop:
Au 117, 106 ppb
