Description
The Integrated Pest Management (IPM) team supports departmental efforts to improve profitability, competitiveness and sustainability within the agricultural sectors by promoting the adoption of IPM principles for the management of pest populations in an effective, safe, economical and environmentally sound manner. The delivery of the program is through state-of-the-art expertise, technology, research and information to stimulate innovation, strengthen competitiveness and encourage total development of the sectors. Advisory services include technical information and training, diagnostic lab services, and pest identification.
